To achieve the 18-day accelerated delivery schedule, Gahumi formulated a detailed production plan, rationally allocated resources across its three production bases, arranged for the raw material center to stock up on 12oz cotton-polyester in advance, enabled the fully automatic printing center to efficiently complete the single-sided digital printing process, and ensured coordinated operations between the sewing center and the assembly center. Only 2 sample iterations were needed to confirm the samples, and finally, 6,601 products were produced and delivered in 15 days.
